Privacy policy

1. The cookie policy has been prepared in accordance with the obligations resulting from the amendment to the Telecommunications Law, which came into force on 22 March 2013. These obligations are similarly implemented throughout Europe as a result of the implementation of the European directive.

2. This cookie policy applies to services offered within this website (Service).

3. The Service does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.

4. Cookies (so-called cookies) are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Service User’s end device and are intended for using the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.

5. The entity placing cookies on the Service User’s end device and obtaining access to them is the operator of this website.

6. Cookies are used for the purpose of:

  • adapting the content of websites to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow the Service User to recognize their device and properly display the website, tailored to their individual needs;
  • creating statistics that help understand how Service Users use websites, which allows for improving their structure and content;

7. The Service uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or disabling the software (internet browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

8. The Service uses the following types of cookies:

  • essential cookies that enable the use of services available on the Service, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the Service;
  • cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuses in the scope of authentication on the Service; performance cookies, which enable the collection of information on how the Service’s web pages are used;
  • functional cookies, which enable the User to remember the settings selected by the User and personalize the User’s interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, appearance of the website, etc.;
  • advertising cookies, which enable the provision of advertising content to Users that is more tailored to their interests.

9. In many cases, the software used to browse websites (internet browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default. Service Users may change the settings for cookies at any time. These settings may be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about each time they are placed on the Service User’s device. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the software (internet browser) settings.

10. The Service Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service’s web pages.

11. Cookies placed on the end device of the Service User and used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator may also be used.

12. More information on cookies is available at www.wszystkoociasteczkach.pl or in the Help section in the web browser menu.
